QRewindPM

This innovative module can instantly detect paper bursts/breaks that may occur in the rewinder section of the paper machine and optionally mark these problems on the side of the jumbo roll.

QRewindCO
Smart Solution for Converting Lines
IPaperQ's special module for converting lines. It monitors all processes of the paper reel from the unwinding stage to the winding stage with artificial intelligence-supported image processing technology.
This module detects possible anomalies before the paper breaks and instantly identifies paper quality problems that may occur along the line. It stops or slows down the line in line with these detected problems, thus preventing faulty products from reaching the customer. It also increases production efficiency by preventing malfunctions and damages that may occur due to paper breakage and wrapping. Defective logs are also automatically rejected and thrown out of the line, thus automating and optimizing the quality control process.
In addition, paper rewinding stoppages are detected in advance in case of pipe sticking and short pipes in the rewinding unit, preventing incidental stoppages. In case of paper winding on the cylindrical equipment rotating along the production line, long stops are prevented by stopping early.
